The No. 8 lid allows you to easily make sunny side-up eggs, braise meats, steam seafood, and more. The Lancaster Cast Iron No. 8 lid is made in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

The Lancaster No. 8 is self-basting, allowing steam to drip evenly over your food rather than all falling to the edge. The lid includes a solid brass knob and is compatible with both the No. 8 skillet and the 5-quart Dutch oven.
