In traditional Swedish style, this slim knife is the perfect compliment to charcuterie spreads, just the right size for cutting cheese ball and spreading flavored butters. Little sister to our Butter Paddle, this spreader is slightly narrower and shorter, making it more adept to sophisticated spreads of dainty foods.

Made from a variety of hardwoods and exotics. Finished with our Spoon Butter, an all-natural sunflower oil/beeswax blend, for top performance and shine.
